Obituary Wanda M. Rowe 11/01/1922-04/01/2016 Wanda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She passed away peacefully, at 93, in Federal Way, WA. She was born in Fife, WA to George and Camilla Kurpieski. After graduating from Fife High School in 1942, she worked for Nalley. She was happily married to Melvin Rowe from 1946 until he passed away in 2012. She loved the home they built in Milton, her beautiful flower gardens, the mountain cabin they built at Goose Prairie, their many German shepherds (especially Jake), the ocean, fishing and camping. Most of all, she loved the Lord, spending time with family, friends and the love of her life, Melvin Rowe, her high school sweetheart. She was a parishioner of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Fife, and a member of the Milton Breakfast Club. Wanda is survived by her children Diane (Ted) Hargraves, Michael (Joni) Rowe, David Rowe; grandchildren Carrin Hargraves, Ted (Rhonda) Hargraves, Nick (Leslie) Hargraves, Aaron (Emily) Rowe, Katie (Jamie) Moore; great-grandchildren Jakob, Izaak, Veronika Rowe; step-great-grandchildren Damien Moore, Brandon Painchaud, Trevor Moore. She was preceded in death by siblings Ted Kurpieski, Ed Omsha, Alberta Kaelin, Clara Davis. She is loved and missed by too many friends and family to mention. A Rosary will be held at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Fife at 10:30 AM on Saturday, April 16, 2016, Funeral Mass at 11 AM, and luncheon immediately following.
