Obituary Virginia Nalley Virginia Catherine Nalley passed away peacefully on August 9, 2011, at the age of 83. Virginia was born in Tacoma on June 29, 1928, to Richard and Velma Jones. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Nalley, and her sisters Barbara Sweasy and Maryellen Frlan-Fifer. She is survived by her daughter Andrea Nalley, grandson Ian Abbott and his wife Juliann, great-grandson Ethan, granddaughter Amber Abbott, and numerous nieces and nephews. Virginia enjoyed her life to the fullest. A lifelong learner, she enjoyed the arts, museums, the theater, antiques, and convertible automobiles. A celebration of her life was held at Titlow Park on Saturday, August 13.
