Vinko V Buric

Obituary Vinko Buric Born March 4, 1921, died, July 15, 2007. Mr. Buric was born on the island of Solta, Dalmatia, Croatia, and immigrated to the U.S. in 1939. During World War II he was proud to serve his adopted country as a U.S. Merchant Marine. He loved the Pacific Northwest and after the war was over, he worked as a longshoreman until his retirement. He leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Teresa Buric, of Tacoma and his brother, sister, nieces and nephews in Croatia. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday July 24, 2007, 11:00 am at the Holy Cross Catholic Church followed by entombment at Calvary Cloisters Please leave online condolences at www.gaffneyfuneralhome.com.
