Obituary Vera Carbone Vera Carbone, 86, a resident of Renton, Washington for over half a century, passed away Sunday morning, April 7th, at an adult home in Kent, Washington. Vera was born June 11, 1926 in Renton, the daughter of Robert and Jennie Brown. Vera worked for the Boeing Company as a riveter during WWII and later a supply tech at Valley Medical Center in Renton. She is survived by her four sons, Frank, Mike, John and Jeff; six beautiful grandchildren and four great grand children. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 13, 2013, in the Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel, 1002 S. Yakima Ave, Tacoma, Washington. Viewing will start at 9:30am and services 10:30am.
