With grief and sadness, we bid farewell to Timothy "Tim" Yusko on April 7th, 2021. He was a devoted husband, dad, son, brother, Papa, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed and always be in our hearts.
He was born July 20th, 1961 in Tacoma, Washington. He graduated from Stadium High School in 1979. He was currently working for the Department of Enterprise Services at the State Capitol. He began his career with the Washington State Liquor Control Board in 1991 and worked there until 2012. In early February, of this year, Tim had received recognition for his 30 years of service and dedication from the State of Washington.
His greatest joy came from spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren outdoors, from the ocean to the mountains, camping and fishing. He loved sitting around campfires and there were many fond memories had at Mineral Lake. Tim loved to tinker. He never turned down the challenge of taking things apart and putting them back together.
Tim touched so many lives around him. Continuosly available for advice and support, he had a good heart and was always there for a laugh or a cry when needed. He taught us all how to be the best person we could be and he believed in us.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 40 years, Barbara Yusko. His son Thomas Yusko. His daughter Katrina Guest and her husband, Patrick. Four beautiful granddaughters Elizabeth, Emily, Rebecca and Sophia. Brothers Joe and Mick. Sisters Cathy and Jackie. As well as family across the country. He is predeceased by his parents Edward and Doris Yusko. A brother Edward and sisters Patty and Linda.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date, to be determined by the family. If you wish to make a donation to a charity of your choice, Tim was a strong believer in paying it forward.
We will be forever watching for the Bat Signal.
