Timothy Patrick Rooney

Obituary Timothy Patrick Rooney Tim was born in Chicago, Illinois July 12, 1953. A graduate of Bellarmine Preparatory School and Western Washington University, he was a long-time resident of Tacoma. He died of natural causes November 24, 2005. He is survived by his mother, Patricia A. Rooney, sister Tricia K. Rooney Budd, brothers Tom, Todd and Tracy Rooney, nephews Kyle Rooney and Sean Rooney and Curt and Connor Budd, nieces Katie Rooney and Kate Rooney. He is reunited in death with his father, Terrence James Rooney and his oldest brother Terry. Tim worked in commercial real estate in the Puget Sound area. He loved music, sailing, and gardening. He was kindhearted and has touched many with his generosity and thoughtfulness. Tim was intelligent and blessed with the gift of gab. He could chat it up with anyone and did so at every opportunity. We will always remember his quick wit, warm smile and tender heart. A celebration of Tim's life will be held at St. Charles Borromeo, 7112 S. 12th St. in Tacoma on Saturday, December 3, 2005 at 12:30 pm.
