Obituary Thomas Clyde Boyle Lifelong Tacoma resident Thomas Clyde Boyle, age 72, died peacefully on December 26, 2014 due to cancer. Tom was the first of three sons born to Clyde and Lola (Hamilton) Boyle. He attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Bellarmine, St. Martin's College, and Fordham University. He was employed as a firefighter in Tacoma and Lacey, as a State Juvenile Parole Counselor, as a football and basketball sports official, retired as a US Parole and Probation Officer and served 28 years in the Coast Guard Reserves. Tom belonged to Fircrest Golf Club and was a member of Holy Cross Church. Tom is survived by his wife of 43 years, Lorelei; brothers, Jim (Kathy and niece Marlo, nephew Marcus, and grandniece Katie) and Jeff; sons, Todd (granddaughters Brittany and Brandy), Tim (Mindy and granddaughters Erin and Samantha), Aaron (Jenny and granddaughters Lauren, Katherine, and Charlotte), Patrick (Nikki Golden); and daughter, Margaret (Jim Cornelius and grandson John Thomas), as well as numerous cousins and countless friends. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00am at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Please leave online condolences at www.gaffneycares.com.
