Theresa Ann Doherty Hebblethwaite
Born November 1, 1934, Providence Hospital in Seattle…passed February 12th, 2025, Virgina Mason Hospital in Seattle.

Survived by her sons, Michael Hebblethwaite, Brian Worl, brother John Doherty, extended family and many friends. 

After living in Seattle, the first 9 years of her life, the Doherty family moved to a farm in the Bonney Lake area. They learned about, hard work, raising animals and how to stay away from “Mean” Roosters.

After graduating from high school, she lived with her older sister Marie in Tri-Cities for a short while. Her first job was at Fairchild Airforce base on Ephrata WA. 

After different jobs in Ephrata, she moved to Seattle and worked at Black Ball Freight Services on the Seattle Waterfront. She then moved on to the Federal Government and worked in the Parks Department for 17 years.

After retiring she enjoyed her condo in Shoreline. She loved walking with her friends, reading, shopping for the best deals at Bon Marche and Lamont’s, and then having bagels and coffee. She was very proud of her Irish heritage and every year she looked forward to the St Patrick’s celebrations with her family.

She passed away peacefully in Seattle on February 12, 2025. Preceded in death by Sisters, Marie Thomas, Elizabeth Anderson, Catherine Donnelly and Brother Patrick Doherty.

Funeral Mass February 26, 2025 at 11AM -12PM, Our Lady of Fatima Parish 3218 W Barrett St., Seattle, WA 98199.  Reception following Service.  Graveside Service: Calvary Cemetery, 5212 70th St. W., Tacoma, WA 98467
