Obituary Teresa C. Jezek Teresa was born June 20, 1931 in Dickinson, ND, and passed into the arms of The Lord quietly at home on Sunday, September 18, 2005, in Tacoma. She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church and was active in "Birthday Club" with Alice and the girls for over 40 years. She was a life member of AMVETS Women's Auxiliary Post 5 as Secretary, where she was well known for her work with PAWS. She embraced technology and used her computer to keep in touch with family and friends daily. Teresa will be remembered as a big Mariner fan. Teresa is survived by her husband of 50 years, Wayne "Tony" Jezek, son, Marty and wife Juanita, grandson, Max, sister Marie Turco and her husband Larry as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Lena Kessel, brother Frank "Junior" and sisters, Irene, Pauline, Eva, and Lorraine. Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, September 23, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, 7001 South Park Avenue, Tacoma. The Rosary will be recited prior to the Mass at 10:30 a.m. at the church. Inurnment at Calvary Cemetery. The family suggests memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
