Obituary Sophie Jacobs Sophie passed away on June 12, 2013. Born Sophie Rossa on March 23, 1912 in Tacoma, Washington. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Jacobs. They were lifetime members of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Tacoma. They enjoyed traveling extensively to Europe and the Orients. Making several trips to Poland, the homeland of their parents, visiting many relatives and enjoying the Polish language. Their home was always a welcome place for friends to visit. She moved to Narrows Glen in 2004 where she made many friends and became known as "one of the puzzle ladies". A special "Thank You" to her caregivers and to those who were always there for her.
