Obituary SHAWN (SIAN) MICHELLE FORD (FORBUSH) Shawn was born Dec. 6, 1966 and passed away Jan. 10, 2010 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She left behind her husband Tom; sons: Garrett, Nathan and Jonathon; parents Karen Forbush and Danny Forbush; sisters: Alissa Forbush and Shannon (Mark Lindbeck) Nichols; grandparents: Jack and Faye Grah and Jean Forbush; nephews: Stephan and Skyler Nichols, niece Devan Forbush and many, many other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, 3410 ?" 6th Avenue, at 10 am on Sat. January 16, 2010. Family suggests any donations be made to a college fund for her sons.
