Shannon Marie Eddy-Zacher

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Shannon Eddy-Zacher, who left us far too soon. Shannon was a devoted mother, a fierce and loyal friend, and a radiant soul whose kindness, strength, and unwavering love touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Shannon’s life was a testament to the power of compassion and resilience. As a mother, she gave everything to her children, offering guidance, love, and support that will forever be etched in their hearts. As a friend, she was a constant source of encouragement, laughter, and understanding, always putting others before herself. Her friendships were fierce and unwavering, and those lucky enough to call her a friend knew that Shannon's love and loyalty were unmatched.

Shannon's groovy spirit, warm smile, and passionate heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Though she may no longer be with us, her legacy of love, strength, and kindness will continue to inspire and guide us every day.

Shannon leaves behind her children, family, and a wide circle of friends who will forever cherish her memory. She is survived by her loving husband Bob, her three sons Wyatt and wife Leah, Carson, and Cooper; her mother Linda and stepfather Steve, and Uncle Dom.

A celebration of Shannon’s life will be held at St. Rita’s of Cascia Catholic Church, 1403 S Ainsworth Ave, Tacoma, WA 98405, on January 18th.  A Rosary will be held at 10:30am with mass starting at 11am. From there we will celebrate with food and drink afterwards in the reception hall. If you would like to join us for the interment at Calvary Cemetery, all are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association, Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, or Tacoma Humane Society in her memory.
