Obituary Roland Lee Reeves Roland Lee Reeves Born July 4, 1949 and passed away suddenly on the morning of August 6, 2006. Roland was born in Tacoma, and lived here all his life. He was very musically talented, and played many instruments well. He was always ready to help a friend or stranger, even if it meant giving all that he had. After graduating from Lincoln High School, he served his country honorably. He is survived by his mother Madeleine Sherwood (Tacoma), sister Betty Bertsch (University Place), half brother Daniel Sanders (Burbank, CA), 2 nieces, 2 nephews, aunts, and numerous cousins. We will all miss his smile, and wonderful sense of humor. His family takes comfort in the knowledge that he is now with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is finally at peace. Graveside services will be held on August 18, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA.
