Obituary Rochelle I. (Smith) Hood Born Aug. 4, 1923 in Glendive, MT passed Aug. 29, 2008 in Tacoma, WA at home. Rochelle attended college in Spokane, WA. She worked in a career as a bookkeeper, and later in life she worked at Avis in SeaTac as a shuttle driver. She is survived by son; Jack L. (Marilyn) Athearn of MT, daughter; Tina M. (Joe) Isakson of Tacoma, WA and numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren all over the world. Preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lela Smith; husband, Jack H. Hood Jr.; grandson Brett Athearn and life companion; Edwin D. Brown. Loving thanks to the Brown family. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008 at St. Rita of Cascia Catholic Church located at 1403 S. Ainsworth in Tacoma at 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Pleasentview Cemetery, St. Ignatius, MT. at a later date. Special thanks to Franciscan Hospice.
