Robert Hunt

November 22, 1976 — October 4, 2006

Obituary ROBERT (ROBBIE) MORGAN HUNT Robbie was a very "special person". He was born in Tacoma on November 22, 1976. He passed away on October 4, 2006 at Tacoma General Hospital with heart complications. He attended Geiger Elementary, McIlvaigh Middle School and graduated from Foss High School in 1996. He was employed by Centerforce in Lakewood. Robbie lived in Tacoma for almost 30 years. He enjoyed LIFE! His favorite interests included all holidays spent with family, spending summers at his grandparent's beach house on Raft Island with his family and friends. As summer turned to fall, he would shift his attention to Washington State Football as an avid Cougar fan. He enjoyed summer camp at Camp Parkview, collecting and making videotapes, going to work each day and one would rarely see him without a smile on his face. He had many friends who always included him and accepted who he was. "The character of a man is judged by how you treat somebody who can do nothing for you." Robbie is survived by parents Bob and Nancy Hunt, brothers John (Sara) of Gig Harbor, Tyler of Colchester, VT., grandparents John and Catherine Hunt of Lakewood and strong family of his aunts uncles and cousins. There will be a celebration of his life at a Funeral Service on Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at 4:00 pm at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Family suggests that memorials be made in Robbie's name for camp scholarships at Camp Parkview, c/o Parkview Services, P. O. Box 65157, Shoreline, WA 98155. The family wishes to acknowledge and thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Tacoma General for their compassionate care of Robbie.
