Richard Eugene Lucich

Richard was a lifelong resident of North Tacoma, as well as a member of Holy Cross Church. He was a graduate of Stadium High School, class of 1949. He had a strong Croation background and was a member of the Croation Fraternal Union. He joined the Air Force in 1950, after leaving the Air Force he began his career at West Coast Grocery until later getting his job with the County as a heavy equipment operator. Richard is proceeded in death by his beloved wife Barbara of 65 years. His parents Vincent and Anna Lucich, his brother Vince and sister-in-law Mary. He is survived by four daughters, Lynda (Paul) Karen (Larry) Sandy (Mark) and Dana (Dave) Five grandchildren Ryan (Jordan) Melissa (Jared) Brittany (Scott) Jacob (Maddie) and Mason and seven great grandchildren. Richard was devoted to his family and will be missed by each of us. Rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 14th at 10:15 at Holy Cross Catholic Church with the funeral service following at 11:00.
