Richard Joseph Krapf

Obituary Richard J. Krapf (Richie) a Tacoma area resident born on September 17, 1937 passed away suddenly on May 29, 2008. As a boy he delivered milk for the family's dairy farm in Midland "The Sunrise Dairy". He then worked at the Mt. View Dairy in Graham for his brother while also starting a career as a lifetime Bartender. He owned the White Spot Tavern on McKinley Ave. from 1966-1971. Then he worked for local area taverns for the next 30 years. He enjoyed The Mariners and trips to Reno with family and friends. He is survived by son Steven Krapf and granddaughter Ashley Krapf, daughter Teresa ( Andy) Anderson the Girls Erika, Stephanie, Kara and Amanda Anderson, his brother Fred (Gladys) Krapf of Graham, sister Laura (Joe) Hoelzinger of Arizona, many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by Father Peter, Mother Freda and Son Peter. Funeral Services will be at Gaffney Funeral Home 1002 S. Yakima, Tacoma on Friday, June 6, 2008 at 11:00 am. Friends and family are invited to gather at the South Tacoma Eagles 7037 S. Pine St., Tacoma from 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
