Reitha Spadafore

Obituary Reitha A Spadafore, daughter of Biagio and Rose Spadafore, died peacefully in her sleep on January 27, 2008. Born on June 27, 1921, she was the youngest of 8 children. She attended schools in Tacoma and San Jose, California. Reitha sang in the church choir, played the guitar and banjo, and enjoyed outdoor activities and fishing. Reitha retired from Madigan Army Hospital and spent her free time traveling and as a volunteer with the Tacoma Zoological Society and her sorority. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends. She was loved by all who knew her. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Rita's Catholic Church, So. 14th & Ainsworth, on Friday, February 1, 2008 at 10:30 AM. Viewing at Gaffney Funeral Home on January 31, 2008 from 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Entombment at Calvary Cloisters.
