Patrick K Daly

December 31, 1948 — August 17, 2012

Obituary Patrick K. Daly Patrick K. Daly, Attorney at Law, passed away on August 17, 2012. He was born in Tacoma, WA on December 31, 1948 in grand New Year's Eve fashion. He lived his life everyday like it was New Year's Eve! Pat was born to Gesta and Harry Daly. He attended St. Patrick's Elementary, Bellarmine Preparatory and graduated from the University of Puget Sound with an undergraduate and law degree. He was a member of the Beta Theta Phi fraternity. Pat was an excellent swimmer as a youth, and continued competing at the collegiate level for UPS. Pat stared his career as a Pierce County Prosecutor. He eventually opened a private practice as a defense attorney and partnered with Keith MacFie. Pat enjoyed life to the fullest; he fought until the end just like he did in the court room. He had many passions, but in particular was a fabulously talented chef who enjoyed entertaining his family and friends. Patrick will be remembered as an incredible giving, selfless friend, brother, husband, fiancé, father and grandfather. Patrick is survived by his daughter Lenae Daly and her fiancé Ronald Krumvieda; his brother Tim Daly (Sharon), niece Christine and nephew Craig. Pat leaves behind his fiancée Patti Busch-Burns, her son Eddie and her daughter Heather Brown (Derrick) and their daughter Allison; first wife Kathleen Daly, mother in law Nancy Jarvis, and brother in law Bill Jarvis (Suzie). Family and friends will be gathering in mid September to celebrate Pat's life. Please leave online condolences at www.gaffneycares.com. Arrangements by Gaffney Funeral Home, 253-572-6003
