Nancy D. Clemens

Obituary Nancy D. (Oates) Clemens, 65, passed away on September 18, 2005. She grew up in Old Town and graduated from Stadium High School. After graduation from Tacoma General Hospital School of Nursing, she worked as an RN at Tacoma General, Western State, Western Clinic, and MultiCare Tacoma Family Medicine/Home Services. Nancy also worked as a fulltime live-in volunteer nurse at several convents. She is survived by her beloved caregiver and former husband Donald; four children, David of Auburn, Chris of Salem, Denise Ward of Portland, and Todd of Tacoma; a sister, Yvonne Magatagan; three grandchildren, two nephews, three great-nieces, and one great-nephew. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 26, 2005 at 11:00 am at the St. Patrick's Parish Center Chapel, 1001 North "J" Street, one block from St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Tacoma.
