Nadine Rose Moody

Obituary Nadine Rose Moody March 25, 1988-October 24, 2008 Bethel High School graduate 2006. Nadine was a loving daughter, sister, and friend to all. She enjoyed and loved life and friends and will be missed by everyone. She especially loved spending time with her extended family and friends, including her cats. She worked at Krickett's Restaurant and was a student at Pierce Community College. She is survived by her mother, Barbara McCormick and stepfather, Richard. She is also survived by her father, Dwain Moody, and brothers, Dwain Jr. and Joel, and sister, Emily. She has numerous relatives in the Moody family and the Ladenburg family. Nadine's special friends included Michelle, Angela and Bryce whom were with her through good times and bad and whom she loved dearly. Nadine was a great practical joker and made all her friends and relatives laugh. We all will miss her special laugh and infectious sense of humor. Her accidental death was a shock and tragedy to us all. A special fundraiser will be held at Jazzbones in Tacoma, Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008, at 7pm to help defray funeral costs. Contributions can also be made to all branches of Tapco Credit Union. Viewing will be at Gaffney Funeral Home, Tacoma, Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, from 10am-6pm. Funeral Service will be Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, at 2:30pm at the First Baptist Church of Lakewood, 5400 112th St. SW. Interment at Tacoma Cemetery.
