Monica Therese Lyons

Obituary Monica Teresa Lyons was born in Aberdeen, WA on 3/18/1951 and found peace on 12/14/2006. She was preceded in death by her father and infant son. She is survived by her 6 children: Robin (Randy) Cossette, Rebecca (Erik) Brotman,k Aaron (Sara) Downing. Anna (Scott) Miller, Meagan and Joseph Lyons; also by her grandchildren Tyler, Tanner, Peyton and Kiah and her former husband Gary Lyons, who never left her side. She will always be remembered for her intense love for her children. She was also very proud of her accomplishments for the Republican Party and for being the co-founder of Gig Harbor Human Life. The family asks that you make donations in her name to Franciscan Hospice, 2901 Bridgeport Way West, University Place, WA 98466. Monica was very appreciative to them for their care. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 10:00 am at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Gig Harbor. Thank you to all who loved and cared for her.
