Michelle Vodanovich (Rousseau/Seifert)
September 28, 1950-June 18, 2021
Surrounded by the love of her daughter and sister, Michelle received her wings and has joined our Lord to serve by his side in Heaven. AKA “Phil”, “Nona”, “Shelley” and “Aunt Em”, she is a cherished Mother, Nona, Sister, Daughter, Aunt, Cousin, and Friend. She adored her family and friends.
Her most prized possession was her Library Card. She loved God, being Zane’s Nona, reading, cooking/baking for loved ones, Motown, the Golden Age of Hollywood, and all things Italian. Michelle was always a Dancer. She had impeccable penmanship, an astounding knowledge of vocabulary, and was an armchair Jeopardy master.
She had a joyful spirit, a huge heart, a bold courage, and a stubborn resolve. She told us that her life, experiences, and most of all the people in it were a gift and a blessing, and she had no regrets. Her final request was that we love each other and live our lives fearlessly.
We celebrate a life well lived by a vibrant woman who is truly one of a kind, is loved immeasurably, loved us powerfully, and will be forever missed. In life she was a consistent and unwavering supporter of those she loved, and it is with immense love and gratitude that we embrace our memories of her and welcome having her now watching over us as our Angel.
I love you Phil.
