Michael Bihag

June 9, 1960 — August 20, 2018

Obituary Michael Anthony Bihag passed away unexpectedly on August 20 at the age of 58. A good man, Michael is remembered as a quiet, kind, gentle and compassionate brother, uncle, and co-worker. Born at Madigan hospital on June 9, 1960 he went on to attend St. Leo's parochial school and Bellarmine High School. He was a lifelong member of St. Leo's Church where he served as an altar boy and as an usher. Michael was a long time employee of the Emerald Queen. He worked in the Tatoosh Grill where he was well liked by co-workers and regular diners who became his friends. In his spare time Michael was an avid fisherman who could be found trying his luck at various places along the sound. He was also a passionate Mariners fan who enjoyed collecting baseball memorabilia which he shared with his nephews hoping to install his love of the game into their lives. The son of Maria and Samson Bihag, Michael is survived by brothers Rodney of Honolulu, Bert, Darryl and Creighton of Tacoma and a sister Kathleen (Joe) of University Place as well as nephews Andrew (Hollie) of Marysville and Lucas of Tacoma.
