Mary Sara Scoccolo born Dec 29, 1924, passed away on September 26, 2024, in Issaquah, WA.

Born in Enumclaw to Dominic and Filomena Fantello she was a sister to brothers Tony (Prudence) Felix and Joe (Carol) who have preceded her in death. She was married to John Scoccolo for 52 years until his death in 2002. Mary is survived by her daughters, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, brother-in-law Mondo (Mafalda) Scoccolo and sister-in -law Violet (Arthur) DiPietro.

Mary and John raised three daughters: Donna (Verne) Pearson, Nancy (Greg) Beman and JoAnn (Dennis) Beggerly. The joy in her life was her grandchildren Michael (Tami) Pearson, Deann (Rick) Neeley, Stephanie (Joel) Forman and Michelle (Chad) Cone and her great grandchildren Adam Pearson, Tyler and Makayla Neeley, Cameron and Spencer Forman, Kate and Hailey Cone. Step grandchildren Logan Tarrant, Kindra (Chris) Hansen, Ron (Kristin) Beman. Step great- grandchildren Elliott, Charlie and Tyler Hansen, Cooper, Ari and Mac Beman.

She was raised on the family dairy farm in Enumclaw which is still in existence today and graduated from Enumclaw High School. During the war she worked at Boeing and after her daughters were raised, she went to work and retired from Merlino Macaroni Company.

She took great pride in the care of her family, her home and beautifully cared for yard and flowers. Another proud accomplishment was her 84-years of membership and participation to the Sons of Italy Lodge.

The services will be held on October 10th at 9:00 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church followed by burial at Tahoma National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers remembrances can be made to Children's Hospital of Seattle.
