Mary Munoz

Obituary Mary Muñoz Beloved Aunt passed away 10/20/2007 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Dementia. Born in San Marcos, TX 6/15/1918 she relocated to Whittier, California in 1968. Following her younger brother's death she assisted her nephew David and his wife Winn in the raising of David's younger siblings then aged 11, 9 and 8. This adventure took her to Needham, MA, Edmonds, WA and finally Tacoma, WA where she resided since 1984. Survivors include her nephews and their families, David Muñoz & Winn Archambeau-Muñoz, Tacoma (great nephews Quinn, Tacoma; Paul, Chicago, great niece, Meredith, Arlington, VA); Michael & Amy Muñoz, Missoula, MT (great nieces Danielle, West Point NY; Olivia & great nephew Armondo); John & Tanya Muñoz, Tacoma (great nieces Chelsea, Indianapolis, Gabriella and great nephew Robert). Her family would like to thank Tacoma Lutheran Home and Internal Medicine Northwest for their kind help through the last several years. A Memorial Service will be held in the Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel, December 22, 2007 at 11:00 am.
