Mary Joan (Mcmohn) Day

Obituary Mary Joan Day Joan was born Jan. 5, 1929 in Colfax, WA and passed away April 17, 2016 in Tacoma. She is survived by her husband of nearly 69 years, Don. She is also survived by daughters Paula Bevegni (Fred), Sharon Sampson (David), son Richard (Mary), 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Marie McMahon and son, Michael. Joan was active at St. Patrick's Church and for many years as a volunteer at St. Joseph's Hospital. The funeral Mass will be this Friday, April 22 at 11:00 at St. Patrick's Church, Tacoma. Donations in Joan's memory can be made to Franciscan Hospice at 2901 Bridgeport Way, University Place, WA 98466
