Martha F (Tainter) Renggli

Obituary Martha Frances Renggli went to heaven on June 7, 2016. As determined by her Catholic faith, she will be reunited with her parents, Richard and Jeane Tainter. She is the wife of Roy Renggli, the mother of Darin, Tony (Christine) and David (Alicia) Renggli, the sister of Charles Tainter and the grandmother of Arielle Nakiewicz, Melissa, Jacob and Avery Renggli. Born May 20, 1944, she spent most of her life in Tacoma, Washington. She had many friends at the Aquinas Academy and graduated in 1962. It was her heart's desire to raise a family. She was a strong and caring woman, who gave of herself so her family could go on. Martha would often volunteer at St. Patrick School and the Tacoma Nature Center. She was a member of the Sea Scouts and she also served as president of the Young Ladies Institute. Her love is the force that guides our family. A gentle and beloved soul of this community, may she live on in all our hearts. A Viewing will be held at Gaffney Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm, followed by Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, followed by a reception. Entombment at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by Gaffney Funeral Home.
