Obituary Margaret Ellen (Furlong) Wilson "Together Again" Born 10-3-13, passed away 3-1-10 in Lacey, Margaret joyfully joined her husband, Herbert who passed on in 1997. She was born in Tacoma to Patrick and Anna Furlong, brought home from the hospital by a horse and buggy. She lived in the Puyallup Valley attending Riverside School and graduated from Puyallup High in 1931. She worded in Olympia and Tacoma for the state and she also worked for the Tacoma Shipyard during WWII. She married Herbert in 1945. She loved to garden, fish, dig clams, bake, sew and knit and most of all, spend time with her family. Margaret is survived by daughter Peggy of Lacey, son Mike of Tacoma, granddaughter Kelli of Tacoma, grandson Ryan (Kristen) and great-granddaughters Victoria Jo and Brynn Margaret of Bozeman and nephew Jeff La Brashe of Tacoma. Viewing will be held Saturday, March 6 and Sunday, March 7 all day at Gaffney Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 8, 2010 at 11:00 am at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited prior to Mass at 10:30 am. A luncheon will be held after Mass. A private interment will be at Calvary Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the charity of your choice, St. Martin of Tours Food Bank, or to the St. Placid Priory at 500 College St. NE, Lacey, WA 98516-5339.
