Obituary Margaret Pinchak, 91, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 after a short illness. Margaret was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming on October 6, 1927 and moved with her family to Tacoma when she was a child . She retired after 37 years of service from the Tacoma Police Department, serving as a secretary to several chiefs of police. Margaret was a woman of strong faith and had a great love for her family. She was a caregiver to her family and had a care and concern for many people in need, as well as a love for her cats and critters of all sorts. Margaret was predeceased by her parents John and Mary Pinchak, and her siblings John Jr., George (Jean), Ann Pinchak, Katherine (Ray) Mulholland, Mary Allen, and Nancy Elling. She is survived by her nephews and nieces: Tim Pinchak, Rev. David Mulholland, Bruce (Linda) Mulholland, Janis (Scott) Fox, Charles (Kelli) Pinchak and Jennifer Pinchak, as well as many cousins in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Rita Parish on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 11:00 am. Viewing will take place at 10:00 am in the church. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
