Margaret Jean Fitzsimons

Obituary Margaret passed away peacefully with her loving husband Albert by her side. She was born in Spokane, WA and moved to Tacoma as a young girl. Margaret worked for many years as a beautician and owned her own salon. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. She loved to be outdoors tending her garden or traveling, and was a member of the DelRose Manor garden club. Family was important to Margaret whether spending time with her immediate family or her extended family. She is survived by her husband Albert; children, Mary (Gary) Walters, Edgewood. Janet (Robb) Foster, Redmond, OR. Alice (Tom) Owen, Tacoma, Robert (Phyllis) Fitzsimons, Renton; 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Margaret is also survived by two brothers Duane and Phillip Rogerson. She was preceded in death by sisters, Mary Boughal (her twin) and Donna Gass; brother, Andrew S. Rogerson; daughter, Midge Niehl and grandson, William Orton. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, February 17, 2007, 10:00 am St. Theresa Catholic Church in Federal Way. Vigil service will be held on Friday February 16, 2007 at 7:00 pm in the Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel 1002 So. Yakima Ave. Tacoma, WA 98405. Internment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
