Obituary Lynn Bailey Lynn Bailey, 66, was born on July 27, 1949 in Bremerton, Washington and passed away on December 18, 2015 in Lakewood, Washington. He is survived by his wife, Cindy; children, Dawn Schlaht, Kristy, and Matt Bailey. A memorial service to celebrate Lynn's life will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 6:00pm at Frontier Park in Graham, Washington.
