Obituary Logan D. Coffey Logan Dane Coffey, 34, was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico on May 4, 1973. Logan died April 20, 2008 as a result of an auto accident in Lakewood, WA. Logan grew up and completed school in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Already being an outdoor enthusiast, he joined the US Army where he became a Scout Sniper for the 25th Infantry. During his Army years he started to modify, redesign and improve the Army issued gear and equipment for himself and his fellow soldiers. After his discharge from the Army at Fort Lewis, Logan decided to pursue his vision of providing high quality, American made gear for military and police forces. Tactical Tailor was founded in a one-car garage and has expanded to its current size. His vision will be carried on by family and employees at its current location. Logan is survived by his parents: Larry and Anita Coffey of Las Cruces, New Mexico; brother Justin Coffey of Lakewood, Washington. He also left numerous aunts, uncles and cousins behind in New Mexico and West Texas. He will be greatly missed by family, friends, business associates and his Tactical Tailor employees. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 10am at Calvary Community Church, 15116 Gary St. E., Sumner, WA. Committal services with full military honors to follow at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA.
