Lawrence Bowlin

Obituary Lawrence Henry Bowlin, 73, died August 26, 2005 in Tacoma. He retired from the U.S. Navy after 27 years of service and went on to work as a Machinist at the Naval Shipyard in Bremerton. He had been a volunteer firefighter for Midland Fire Department for many years. He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Mary; children, Daniel Bowlin, Larry Bowlin and Victoria Bowlin; 4 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Maxine Bowlin, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 30 years, Wilma in 1990. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, September 1, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at St. John of the Woods Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, August 31, 2005, 7:00 p.m. at St. John of the Woods. Interment at Old Tacoma Cemetery. Please leave online condolences at www.gaffneyfuneralhome.com.
