Obituary Kevin Matthew Foley Kevin Matthew Foley was born on July 5, 1952 in Tacoma, WA to Richard David Foley and Mary Patricia Foley. Sadly, Kevin passed away on February 11, 2013. Kevin attended St. Charles Borromeo K-8, Curtis High School and went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science at Washington State University. Kevin initially went to work for the City of Tacoma in the Planning Department. During these years, Kevin's most momentous accomplishment was meeting and marrying the love of his life, Cindy. Thereafter, Kevin left the City, becoming an integral part of Baseline Engineering where he worked with many developers on their various building projects. Kevin was renowned as a specialist in environmental and site development. Above all else, Kevin loved his family. They immensely enjoyed their time together at their river property at Crescent Bar. Boating and water skiing were mandatory, along with good music, food, beer and friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, father and brother Dennis. He is survived by his beloved wife, Cindy; his daughter, Breanna (Derek); his son, Kyle (Melissa); sisters, Meagan (Mac), Sheila and Beth; brother Brian (Laure), two beautiful grandchildren and many wonderful lifelong friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 15, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Tacoma. Inurnment at Calvary Cemetery.
