Obituary Kenneth L. Foley, a long time resident of Rainier passed away June 12 in Tacoma after a brief battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 40 years, Terry Foley, his mother Francis Mifflin, step-father Ray Mifflin, sister Evelyn and father Kenneth Foley Sr. Graveside service will be held Wednesday June 17th , 2:30 PM at the Yelm cemetery."
