Obituary KATHERINE PROKOPOVICH Katherine Prokopovich, 96, died March 29, 2008 at Manor Care in Gig Harbor. She was an area resident for more than 60 years. Katherine's family was important to her and spent her younger years raising her two sons and caring for her family. She had a great sense of humor and a wonderful attitude about life. In later years she kept her mind sharp by reading, doing crossword puzzles and playing scrabble with her friends and family. Katherine is survived by her sons, Michael of Burley and Steven of Everett; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew. Private family services will be held with inurnment in Cle Elum.
