Obituary John Francis Meehan John Meehan was born August 24, 1943 in Brockton, MA. He died suddenly at home May 26, 2012. John is survived by his wife Jan of 38 years; daughter Melinda (Phillip) Ringrose; son Sean (Rhonda) Meehan; precious grandsons Tristan and Canyon Ringrose. John was preceded in death by his parents John and Veronica Meehan and sister Virginia Hooker. John retired from Boeing in 2003. He loved to watch baseball games, especially the Boston Red Sox, take his grandsons on walks and to the park, work in his yard, and spend times with the love of his life Jan. The family would like to thank all of the family and friends who have shown their love and support during this difficult time. John (dad) was an amazing man who always had a story to tell. He will be deeply missed. A private "Celebration of Life" will take place at a later time.
