Obituary Jeanne Simpson Nov 23, 1925 ?" Jun 16, 2009 In the company of her children, after a short illness Mom went peacefully to join her Heavenly Father. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandma and friend giving selflessly to her family. Mom not only dedicated her life to her 12 children but also opened her heart and home to foster children for over 45 years. We thank you, Mom for not only giving us life but for being a very special person in our lives. We love you and miss you. Mom was preceded in death by her husband John and infant sons Gerard and Francis. Mom is survived and will be missed by children John, Jim (Shay), Jerry (Kathleen), Mary Jeanne (Troy), Joe, Janet, Julie (David), JoAnn, Ed (Shae), Barbara (Michael), Cathie (Ray) and Tim: Grandchildren Lisa, Cassandra, Christine, Jennifer, Melissa, Nicki, Charles, Benji, Andy, Sammy, Janelle, Mark, David, Jeffrey, Jason, Christopher, Ashley, Elijah, Angie, Charity, Kaycee, Clinton, Shentriel, Lane, Alija, Dominique and Timmy; Great-grandchildren Alexis, Own, Ava, Elizabeth, Audrey and Jacob; and sister Janet. Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am on Monday, June 22, 2009 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, followed by Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery.
