Obituary HELEN LOUISE ROSS (MARZANO) Helen was born August 7th, 1919 to parents Nick and Rose Marzano. She spent her entire life in the hilltop of Tacoma Being born and raised in a house on 12th and Cushman Avenue, then raising her family in a house on 13th and Cushman. She married A.R. "Skee" Ross in November 16, 1940 and they had 3 sons, Ralph, Joe and Jim. She was a quiet and private person who had a zest for life and a great sense of humor. She loved taking trips to Reno, playing bingo and being with her family especially on holidays when she made her famous Lasagna. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother; Joe Marzano and her husband Skee. She is survived by her sons Ralph (Nina), Joe (Jane), Jim (Kathy), 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A Rosary will be recited at Gaffney Funeral Home Thursday, November 13th at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am Friday, November 14th at St. Rita's Catholic Church.
