Obituary Harriet Gilmore Anderson 9/23/1919 ~ 12/3/2014 Born in Tacoma, WA to Thomas Edward and Harriet Ward Gilmore, Harriet grew up in Dash Point with her two brothers, Ward and Thomas. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, and her husband of 63 years, William C Anderson. Harriet was an original and lifelong resident of Dash Point. She graduated from Stadium High School class of 1937. She married Bill on Oct. 10, 1941 and they raised 5 children in the Dash Point home they built together. Harriet and Bill never knew a stranger, and Harriet's love of people and genuine interest in them made everyone feel valued and at home. Harriet's spirit of generosity, optimism, faith and fearlessness were enviable. God broke the mold after he made her. Harriet is survived by her children, Harriet Jean Anderson, Clyde Anderson (Nelie), Thomas Anderson (Janine), Mary Ellen Anderson, and Catherine Hennessey (Stuart); grandchildren, Joshua Anderson (Erin), Claire Anderson, Ariel Anderson, Rose Hatfield, William Hatfield, and Elizabeth Hennessey; and great-grandchildren, Alex Archambault, Edward and Emily Anderson. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 26, 2014 at 10:30am at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Fife. Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery.
