She was passionate about helping people less fortunate than herself; she devoted countless hours volunteering at All Saints Catholic Church, Madigan Army Hospital and St. Francis House. Kathy lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, such as chatting with friends and family, shopping and watching Pittsburg Steelers and Notre Dame Football. She valued family, traveling to Sicily to find family members and throughout the years traveled many times to spend time with them. She enjoyed dressing stylishly sharing her fashion-sense with her daughter. Kathryn was a member of the Swiss Ladies Society and a Eucharistic Minister at All Saints Catholic Church.
