Frank Rybin

Obituary Randy passed away August 2, 2016. He was born in Seattle on March 8, 1944 and lived his entire life in Tacoma. He was a 1963 graduate of Peninsula High School and worked for his parents at the Span Deli. He also attended Olympic Jr. College, where he met his wife Deanne. They were married on February 18, 1967. Randy worked and retired from the Washington State Liquor Control Board after 32 years. Randy liked to travel, but most of all camping and his RV. He was a Wagon Master for the Tacoma Elks "Antler's Astray" RV Club. He is survived by his wife Deanne of 49 ½ years, his mother Marian and his brothers Barry and Mark Rybin. He also leaves behind his beloved nephews and nieces that he loved as if they were his own, and his many friends that he loved. Rest in peace Randy. A Viewing will be held Monday, August 8, 2016 between 1-5 pm at the Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo.
