Obituary Francis J. Troup Francis Joseph Troup was born in Hoquiam Wash on Oct 13, 1933. He attended St Patrick grade school and graduated from Bellermine high school in 1951. He spent 1 year at UPS, 2 years in the army and graduated from Seattle University in 1959. He married Della Adams in 1955 and continued his carreer in accounting. He worked most of his career in the forest industries, first at Cheney Lumber, then Southwest Forrest industries in Flagstaff Arizona and Evergreen Lumber in Snowflake Arizona. He returned to Washington in 1983 and retired from the state of Washington in 1995. He spent the next 10 years living 6 mo in Arizona and 6 months in Wash each year. He spent 5 years as a volunteer for the American Red Cross and traveled throughout the country to help out during national disasters. During his life he enjoyed many sports such as hiking, mountain climbing, skiing, white water rafting, ice skating, and scuba diving. He left this world to be with his son Ken on June 7th. He is survived by his wife Della, son Mike, daughter Linda and her husband Scott, a brother Jim and His wife Edith, and a sister in law Betty Troup. Services will be conducted by Rev Hightower at St John Bosco on Wednsday, June 16th with Rosary at 10 AM, and services at 11AM. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
