Obituary Frank Stanley Gierczynski Our beloved son, brother, and dear friend Francis (Frank) Stanley Gierczynski has passed into the arms of our Lord on Saturday, December 29, 2012. Frank was born in Twenty Nine Palms, California on July 27, 1958. Due to Frank's father's military assignment he was raised in Yuma, Arizona and moved to Washington in 1982. He was preceded in death by his father Michael Gierczynski, and he is survived by his mother Agnes, brothers Michael, Paul, and Andre (Angie), sister Aggie Brazill (Michael), and all of his relatives in Chicago, Illinois. Frank was passionate about helping the poor, and for many years he supported children in India by contributions and actually met the them and their families. Frank was a member of the LIUNA 440, Seattle, Washington. Frank enjoyed cooking, gardening, and playing bingo, and coached a co-ed softball team in Tacoma. "God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change. . .the Courage to change the things I can . . .and the Wisdom to know the difference." Frank will be missed and always remembered by all of his family and friends. A memorial service was held at Calvary Cemetery on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 that was attended by family and friends.
