Obituary Francis "Skip" Browne, Jr. 1945 - 2009 Francis Joseph Browne Jr., son of Francis and the late Helyn Browne was born on May 23, 1945. He joined his mother and sister Anita in Heaven on October 13, 2009. Skip is survived by his father Francis, his sister Nancy Shonborg, and many relatives and friends. He will be greatly missed. Skip graduated from St. Leo's grade school and Bellarmine Prep. He attended Portland University. Skip was a poet, a writer, and a collector of books and records. He enlisted in the Air Force in 1966. Many thanks to the doctors & nurses at Seattle Veteran's Hospital for their loving care. Rosary will be recited Tues., October 20, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Gaffney Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wed., October 21, 2009 at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Reception following. Entombment at Calvary cloisters.
