Floyd Caldwell

Obituary Floyd C. Caldwell passed away on June 29, 2005 at the age of 86. He was born on May 13, 1919 in Mineral Wells, Texas and became a longtime resident of Tacoma, WA after serving in the U.S. Army during World War II. Floyd retired from Boeing and was involved in civic and church activities. He was a longtime member of St. Joseph's Slovak Catholic Church in Tacoma. He was preceded in death by his wife Sue. Floyd is survived by his wife Frances, son Dennis Caldwell (Karen), daughters Sandra Moergeli (James Jr.), Janice McCormick, Pam Brookshire (Roy), Patricia Moon (Billy), 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, July 6, 2005, 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Rosary will be recited Tuesday, July 5, 2005, 7:00 p.m. at the Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel with viewing beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
