Obituary Fernando Sandoval December 2, 1989 ?" May 24, 2007 A wonderful son, a great brother and a best friend with such a promising future ahead of him had it cut short on May 24, 2007 at 9:30 pm. He was shot by three individuals at a park near his home. So many young teenagers being killed with guns these days, you ask yourself when is there going to be an end to all this nonsense, there is just no reason for these types of things to happen. We hope that this experience will open the eyes of the people in our community that this is a real problem and something needs to be done! It is not fair that a mother should have to bury a son at such a young age. Fernando will be missed by family, friends and our whole community. He was a fun loving guy who always brought a smile to our faces. He was such an easy person to get along with. It is still hard to understand why this would happen to him. Fernando will always be remembered for the good person that he truly was. He will forever remain in our thoughts and prayers but most importantly in our hearts. Fernando is survived by his mother, Antonia Sandoval; father, Jose Sandoval; siblings, Maribel, Lucero, Esmeralda, Steve, Carlos and Elizabeth as well as all of the rest of the Sandoval Family. Funeral Service will be celebrated Saturday June 2, 2007 9:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am at Calvary Cemetery. Internment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
