Evelyn Dunkin

Obituary Evelyn passed away peacefully on Jan. 25, 2009. She was born in PA on Nov. 12, 1914, the youngest of Harry and Eva Burzinski. She joined the military during WWII as a WAC. This led her to Tacoma where she met and married James Dunkin. She was a 20 yr. employee of Rhodes Store and worked for Univ. of Puget Sound until retirement. Evelyn was a member of St. Charles Borromeo. Being a full-time grandmother was her greatest joy. She loved to cook and garden. She is survived by her daughter, Rosemary Totten (Keith), two granddaughters (Angella and Michelle), and three great-grandchildren.
