Eva Emer

Obituary Eva Emer, born August 14, 1924 to Jacob and Josephine Stumpf in Mandan, ND died February 25, 2010 at home in Tacoma. A longtime area resident she started at Carsten's Meat packing retired from Hi-Grade after nearly 40 years. Eva was a member of St. John of the Woods Catholic Church, and a member of the Catholic order of the Foresters. Eva was preceded in death by her parents and and infant son John Jr, she is survived by her husband, John J. Emer, Sr.; sisters, Agnes Wittman, Catherine Herbrand; and brother Robert Stumpf. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, March 3, 2010 10:00 am St. John of the Woods Catholic Church. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Please leave online condolences at www.GaffneyCares.com.
